Shepherd of my soul
I give you full control
Wherever You may lead I will follow
I have made the choice
To listen to Your voice
Wherever You may lead I will follow

Be it in a quiet pasture
Or by a gentle stream
The shepherd of my soul is by my side
Should I face a mighty mountain
Or a valley dark & deep
The shepherd of my soul will be my guide

Oh Father, here I am. I am the weak sheep.
I am the sheep in need of Your care & concern.
I am the sheep that will be lost without you.
I am the sheep in need of Your guidance.
I am the sheep in need of Your love.
I am the sheep that will grow mad without Your peace.
I am the sheep that needs You so much to still my soul.

Help me Father to be like a little sheep. Hold me close to Your side always. Never letting me go. In times of my weakness, allow Your great love & grace to strengthen me. In my weakness make Your greatness known. Love me back to wholeness. Teach me how to love like you do. That I may be daring to love the one that you place in my life to love. Every one needs love. Including me myself. I love you my Father
