This song was being sang. This song is actually a secular song sort of, but Jim Brickman is a christian. And the YAS worship team, sort of change the lyrics a little to dedicate it to Jesus.
Yes the very Love of God, Jesus Christ. The true author of Love is God and no one else.
The God that loved you so much, to send His son Jesus as a gift to you.
The God that loved you so much, to show you His love for you thru Jesus
The God that loved you so much, to lay down His son as a sacrifice for your sins.
The God that loved you so much, to die for you & i.

Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.
What a great & awesome saviour. Jesus not only had saved us, but still call us His friend. In this life i know that i can never thank Jesus enough for what He has done for me. How about you? I once told Father that that, even a billion 'thank yous' wouldn't be enough to express the graditute i have towards Him.
Do you know until now there is still this 1 question that really bothers me?
Till now i still do not have a complete satisfactory answers.
I once ask God, WHY DID YOU WANT TO DIE FOR ME (or for us) ?
Yes i know that many of you would give me the standard answers, because God loves you etc etc. Yet i have come to a stage after you hav e realised the wonderful grace of God, that really makes me wonders why, is it simply because GOD LOVES US ?
Forgive me i just cannot accept that the answer is so simple. Why would a God willing to give up all His glory to die for unworthy man & woman? Why would someone be so stubborn to take a risk to die for us, who may not be willing to accept His free salvation & love? Did you realised? God could have just simply destoryed the whole earth, and create another perfect creation? Why must he go through the all those suffering?

No wonder, John Newton describe God's grace as AMAZING GRACE. How can anyone fully comprehend what God has done for us? It's s o amazing, so hard to believe, yet so real.
Although i have no answers for the question, somehow or rather i just know deep in my heart that this is the truth. Jesus really did died for you & i. Jesus really loves you. Would you accept His love that He is freely giving it to you?
If you are encouraged, forward it to someone Jesus loves. ok !!!
