when i can't, Father CAN ...

Since the start of this year my boss has loaded me with 3 projects to handle. This 3 projects are still in the NPI (New Project Introduction)stage, thus everyday have to face lots of changes after changes. Without these stupid changes & error, I believe I would be handle them. Very soon unfinished work soon catches up with me.

What makes to worst is that, due to the recession my company resorted to a 4 day work week. With the increasing work load plus a cut short of working days, there's no equation there. Why didn't I request to come back for work on monday? Well I tried, but soon there was no justification for me to come back. Ultimately top management only look at the overall company profits. No income no justification for OT.

Anyway above is just a back ground, here is the start of the testimony.
I have been praying for Father to help me to somehow complete my work. Even though I have prayed it's natural to trust in self. I kept praying that there would be no sudden crop ups, that would hinder me from my work.

Last saturday I had actually wanted to volunteer to go back to complete some work. Woke up at 9:50am, it was raining very heavy, so i decided to go back to sleep. Why I wanted to go back on sat is because today (monday) is a day designated for stock take, and everyone in the company is suppose to be involved.

Last friday I actually requested my boss to allow to work instead of doing stock take (which is a waste of time doing work for others). It was rather last minute, so my boss was rather reluctant, as it will not be possible to find someone to replace me. Further more on fri it was announced that I am attached to another manager, and if I would to tell him I do not want to do stock take, he is those who will 'nag' out until you got no reasons to give. No choice lor.

Well monday comes, this morning while on my way to work. I surrendered my work matters to Father, while I resolve in my heart to carry on with the stock take. When I really don't know what to do. Father knows better.
After reaching office, while waiting for my PC to boot up, my boss came to me to tell me carry on with my work and forget about the stock take. I was shock initially, I ask him; "so the other manager allow?". My boss replied; "no you are in my team".

I went to check my mails, and indeed out the first mail for the day is regarding stock take matters. Yes my name is surprisingly under my boss' team. Haha lol, so as you can see it's easier to negotiate. What's more I don't need to say a thing, it was my boss that directly came to me. So if this is not God than who?

Finally another testimony, my boss also told me that in 1 to 2 weeks time he may want to transfer 2 project out from my hand to other. Well this has not yet come to pass. Will let you know in due time. Besides if he really wants to transfer 2 projects out from my hands, that's means to say my work load will be cut by more than half, so will there be a redundancy in me???
